Common questions.

Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start with Essential and upgrade to Advanced or Max anytime — you'll only pay the difference.
Which tier do most people choose?
Advanced is our most popular membership. It adds the insights most members care about — thyroid, vitamin D, and cardiac inflammation — at the best value per biomarker.
What does quarterly testing mean on Max?
Max includes 4 tests per year so you can track trends across seasons and measure how your interventions move the needle — not just where you are today.
What's the difference between "included" and "enhanced"?
Included means the core panel for that body system. Enhanced means advanced markers are added — for example, NMR particle-level lipid analysis instead of standard cholesterol.
